This legs and core training program is a 6 week program designed for YOU to increase your leg and core strength while torching calories, and burning fat in an effective and efficient way. There are two workouts per week, and each week the movements progress and the volume (amount of work) will progress and increase as well. Each workout includes video links to exercise demonstration so you know exactly what to do for each workout!

 

Minimal Equipment required to do this program. What you will need:

  • Barbell/squat rack
  • Bench/plyo box
  • Dumbbell's or Kettlebell's
  • Mini bands (optional)
  • Slider discs (optional, but available for purchase)
  • Medicine ball

 

What are the formats of the workouts??

Workout format Day #1

  • Warm up/mobility (5 mins)
  • Prep work (2-3 movements)
  • Strength (1 lift + core superset)
  • Burner (10-15 mins)

Workout format Day #2

  • Warm up/mobility (5 mins)
  • Prep work (2-3 movements)
  • Strength (1 lift + 1 superset)
  • Accessory work (3-4 movements)
  • Core burnout
